If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking realtor, look no further. We spoke with Jacob and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Jacob always responded in a timely manner for any matter that arose. We were concerned that our house had to sell quickly since we had a contract on another home. Jacob made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors do not (but should), like having professional photographs taken with aerial shots and giving tips on things we could do to get the house sold faster. In the process of selling our house in Virginia, we asked our realtor there to recommend a real estate professional in the Pembroke Pines/Miramar area. She interviewd several, and recommend Jacob. We had been in the market for 4 years. Realtor after realtor and year after year with no success. The issue was that there a lot of realtors out there who act as realtors part time. Jacob is a career realtor and all he does is realty. So he was available all day. He had many clients but he found a way to make us feel like we were his only clients. i moved to Florida for a new job starting in mid-September. I immediately started working with Jacob to find locations and styles of homes my wife and I would like. I worked with Jacob hunting for a perfect property starting in the summer of 2017. After a thorough consultation of location and must haves list we were able to narrow down the landscape of the giant Florida market. It wasn't quite the right time to buy. I was waiting the finalization of my ammicable divoce before buying. Jacob stayed in touch while we waited for this document to come in the paper. We searched so many different options before buying, condos, townhomes, single family homes. We saw homes in Davie, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Davie, Cooper City, and Plantation. It was quite a lot of properties. I'm not sure how many inquries Jacob made on my behalf on a number of properties, but he was alway on the ball and top of it all.
